Our Instructors

We love to live our passion and share it with you!

Lanta Bice Totten. Owner. E-RYT200. RYT500. YACEP.

Lanta received her 200-hour and 500-hour teacher training in Classical Yoga at the YogaLife Institute of NH. Her classes are mindful, interwoven with yogic philosophy and open to all levels. Her unique style and sense of realness invites ease in her students. Teaching since 2011, she strives to create opportunities for her students to connect with their Divine self via yoga, to connect with their inner child via Lyra Arts or to connect with something that was taken from them or in need of reclamation via burlesque; inviting more love, more compassion, more grace. When not on the mat, Lanta enjoys her life on a 200 yr old farm in Strafford with her husband, 3 sons and too many critters to count.

Sheila Pierson-Roy.

Sheila began her journey into Yoga in her 40’s as a way to maintain her flexibility and strength through a gentle form of exercise.  She soon realized there was much more to yoga than she expected.  It became an exploration of the ancient philosophy and classical orientation of the 8 limbs of Yoga – a way of life. Sheila graduated from YogaLife Institute of New Hampshire’s 200 hour Classical Yoga teacher training program in February of 2012 and 300 hour Comprehensive Yoga Therapy program in June of 2013. Through her practice as a student and teacher, Sheila has discovered that students find their own unique balance and wholeness in this life long practice.  Sheila’s passion is keeping adults moving with grace into their mature years and in assisting them in finding their harmony and balance. Sheila is also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner. When not on the mat, Sheila enjoys being outdoors in nature – walking, hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing or spending time with her growing family – two adult sons, daughters in law and 4 grandchildren (so far).  She resides in Strafford with her husband Jon and intrepid Chihuahua, Poppy.

Brenna Lilly. RYT200

Brenna completed her 200-hr Vinyasa Flow teacher training from Happy Love Yoga School and a 50-hour Yin Certification from the Summers School of Yin Yoga, both in 2019. Her classes are for all bodies, abilities, and identities, and she holds space for those who are, as she once was, skeptical of yoga. From experience, Brenna knows that yoga has the ability to spark emotional alchemy and invites you to share in honoring the lineage of the practice.

Lisa Wagner. RYT200.

Lisa completed her teacher training with Happy Love Yoga School in May of 2019 and is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. Lisa connected with yoga 20 years ago as a physical practice that transformed over time into a journey of self-discovery and acceptance. She is motivated to share the teachings of yoga by her personal connection to it: grounding to her core essence, greeting each moment with an awake and compassionate heart, and to be at home with herself. Lisa seeks to create and hold sacred space, guiding her students through movement and breath, awakening their connection to the essence of their true selves, empowering them on their ever expanding journeys. Lisa interweaves her passion for nature and the infinite healing abilities of reiki and meditation into her classes, creating a sense of balance, acceptance and connectedness that brings a sense of peace and ease. Lisa lives and loves in Madbury, NH with her best friend and husband of 30+ years, Dave, her son, Max, her daughter, Sierra, and their 3 dogs and 2 cats.

We can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
