Join Energy Intuitive and Clear Energy Kundalini Yoga teacher, Lisa Rockenmacher, for a day of energy-enriching yoga, conversation, exploration, embodiment, and celebration – all aimed at deepening your connection to yourself. Lisa believes that each of us has equal access to intuitive guidance and this guidance is uniquely our own. Our abundant intuitive resources are often left un-tapped. That can change as soon as we make the choice to explore what’s possible in new ways. Whether you have no sense of how your intuition communicates with you or you are looking for a supportive community in which to deepen and re-boot your connection, this day is for you! In the morning we will practice Clear Energy Kundalini yoga (accessible to all) and a meditation to connect to our intuition focused on the third eye, Ajna, chakra. We will break for lunch (on your own or join us at Umami). Our afternoon session will provide an opportunity to practice and share intuitive experiences and hone your personal connection to intuition. Because intuition is not just “in your head”, we will explore our knowing through movement and close with a celebration and blessing, honoring the intuitive awareness within each of us.

I believe that women heal each other when they come together…in so many ways…via conversation, mindful listening, shared experience, laughter, and tears.
It is my goal to create a space to allow for this.
I have booked the Dragonfly Yoga Barn and Retreat Center in North Sandwich, NH to host my next retreat! Nestled among 30 acres of conservation land and surrounded by mountains and babbling brooks, Dragonfly offers a quiet getaway off of the beaten path, but still a short and scenic drive from home. Using solar power and radiant heating, Dragonfly is an energy efficient series of beautifully restored barns offering common areas, and a light-filled and lovingly designed Practice space.
From Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, we will come together to deeply immerse ourselves in communal yoga, mindful living and personal transformation. Harness the energy of Autumn to release stagnancy and step into a new way of being…one that feels more authentic and aligned with your True nature.

As we begin this new year, can we remember to give to others? Seacoast Youth services provides therapeutic supports to adolescents and their families struggling with substance use and/or mental health. The middle of winter is also the perfect time to spend a little extra attention on a part of our body that gives so much to us! We will spend 2 hours diving into the various parts of the body that contribute to creating ease within the hip region. Have you ever wanted to feel relaxed, less tension within the body, more space in between the thoughts? Then this workshop is for you! All levels are welcome, with the understanding that we will be working on surfing the line between comfort and discomfort in order to find the edge that opens us up to living more flexibly. Some of the postures to expect are seated, standing, and moving through a flow to warm the body.
