PART 1: Oil Infusing! November 24 4-6pm
Fall is the perfect time to infuse oils. The harvest is over, herbs have been grown, collected and dried, and our skin is thirsty! If you’re like me- winter coming= VERY DRY SKIN. Infused oils can be used for a variety of things; straight up as a massage or body oil, salves, and my personal- making lotion! We will discuss yummy herbs to use for a variety of ailments, what oils work best with your skin type, and go over both the long and short ways of making an infusion. In addition, since it’s the holidays, we will make some quick culinary infused oils to gift to your foodie friends, or hog for yourself!~Alyssa

PART 2: Herbal Infused Salves and Lotions! December 15 4-6pm
Come explore how to make custom salves and lotions, designed by you for you or someone you love! Every ingredient of lotion can be unique and herbally infused to truly feed your skin what it deserves. We will discuss all the ingredients that can be used to craft deliciously silky, medicinal balms and creams. We will go over locally sourcing ingredients, essential oils and where to get them, and make a salve and a cream for everyone to take home and enjoy.

Ladies Nite is the first Friday of every month. Gather a group of friends to take a burlesque class and experience the joy of connecting to your body through movement.
Healing Circle is scheduled the second Friday of every month. Set aside a quiet hour to tune in to your inner landscape, held in a safe space within our vibrant community, supported by essential oils and guided meditation.
Extended Massage Hours every third Friday of the month. Treat yourself to a massage.
Yoga Nidra Finish off the month by giving yourself the gift of yogic sleep. Settle comfortably into deep relaxation and realize a reduction in stress and anxiety.

Join Steven and Gabby for a two hour long therapeutic restorative yoga and sound healing session. Together they will create a supportive healing space carried by sacred sounds, while gently guiding you into postures with long hold times. Throughout the experience, Steven will play ceremonial instruments from around the world while Gabby gives adjustments and light healing touch to help you settle into inner peace and tranquility.
This is a great opportunity to transition into the new season, to let go of what no longer serves and to allow your spirit to shine freely!

Sunday Sept 22 4-6pm
Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation and renewal as we ease into fall. Fall and the last quarter moon are about release and letting go. Lisa Wagner, a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master practitioner, will guide you through a meditative and nurturing restorative practice while providing hands-on Reiki, an ancient healing art from Japan. Bring the body into natural alignment, eliminating unnecessary muscular strain while simultaneously releasing physical and mental tension with the many layers of the body. Props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) are used to support the body into easeful, passive postures while Reiki sends healing energy to every layer of ones being. The combination will leave you feeling relaxed, peaceful and at ease.

Join Kimberly Corey Ed.D. in a healing circle for a guided meditation supported by essential oils, energy release, and visualization. Relax on your mat and work through a process that can help you let go of a bad day, bad week, or start to release pieces of a situation or event that drag your energy down. Healing is part of our journey and is a process that we all work through at different paces and to different degrees. In the spirit of tantra yoga, we look to the body as a way to become more present. In this once a month class, you will explore dance that connects you to your sensuality and allows you to express your unique beauty. And did we mention fun? It’s LOTS of fun! So, gather your favorite gals, bring an open mind and get your sexy on.
In the Burlesque tradition, you are encouraged to dress in what ever makes you feel good~fishnets, camisoles, slips, booty shorts.Keep in mind that you want to be able to move freely. Shoes should be comfortable~booties or heels with straps are great!
There will be a social time at the beginning, so feel free to bring an adult beverage if you so desire. Stemware is provided.
