Chelsea completed her 200 hr training through the Yoga Life institute in 2019. As well as a 25hr Yoga Trapeze certification through YOGABODY®. Chelsea likes the simple things in life and wants you to create space to enjoy the little parts of your practice that you may not always pay attention to. Through these little practices we can create a space for mindfulness and gratitude. Chelsea’s classes range from relaxing and restorative to upbeat and motivational.
