We are now firmly entrenched in holiday going ons. I invite you to check in daily with yourself to assess where you are carrying tension and what the source may be. As we practice transforming our perspective on the mat, also practice off the mat! “Busy” is a state of mind. Why can’t life, instead, be simply “full”?
