Happy Thanksgiving!

This is a season where we cultivate and acknowledge gratitude. It may feel more challenging than years past, but I am confident we can all find a few things. Our health. A roof over our heads. Food in our bellies. Our yoga community.

I, for one, am grateful for YOU! Your continued support keeps the doors open during this pandemic. You, showing up again and again, inspires others to do the same and through this action, our community grows, deepens, becomes richer and more connected. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

There are a few things I want to share with you.

Firstly, if you have travelled out of New England over the holidays or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please stay home and attend virtual classes for 14 days or 7 days with a negative Covid test. This assures that Nourish can continue to be a safe place for us to gather!

Please note these schedule changes. The Wednesday night By Donation class and all classes on Thursday are cancelled. Our usual schedule resumes on Friday. If you would like to turn Friday’s class into a workshop, join us directly after the 9am Classical Yoga class to combine breath, movement, visualization and the element of fire to gain clarity and invite inspiration.
