As we begin this new year, can we remember to give to others? Seacoast Youth services provides therapeutic supports to adolescents and their families struggling with substance use and/or mental health. The middle of winter is also the perfect time to spend a little extra attention on a part of our body that gives so much to us! We will spend 2 hours diving into the various parts of the body that contribute to creating ease within the hip region. Have you ever wanted to feel relaxed, less tension within the body, more space in between the thoughts? Then this workshop is for you! All levels are welcome, with the understanding that we will be working on surfing the line between comfort and discomfort in order to find the edge that opens us up to living more flexibly. Some of the postures to expect are seated, standing, and moving through a flow to warm the body.
