Begin by committing to self-care. Schedule your yoga classes in your calendar and get there. Use these classes as time to reflect upon being mindful, grateful, and grace-full. Get to bed a little earlier. Wake up each morning and take a minute to meditate on how you want to feel and what you are going to do in the day to feel that way.
