Lois completed her yoga teaching training at Yoga of Energy Flow in 2007. Trainings include Yoga from the Heart (for cardiac and cancer patients), Thai Massage, Childlight Yoga in the Classroom, Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Children and Adults, Reiki 2, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Beginning her yoga journey 20+ years ago, Lois found that she could manage her anxiety and stress more effectively. A long time meditator, she seeks to live each day with kindness, compassion and gratitude. Lois’ classes reflect this philosophy, spreading the word about the joyful and powerfully calming effects of a yoga practice that extend into our everyday life.
