  • Happy March!
“Collective action remains the best way of renewing the march towards the great trinity of liberty, equality and solidarity.” ~ Guy Standing We find ourselves in an interesting time. A year ago, we closed our doors for 11 weeks. We reopened at 50% capacity with a loyal online following and gratefully, are still open and thriving today. This time has allowed me an opportunity for soul searching and education. I have become so clear on my vision for Nourish BodyMindSoul. I seek to move toward a more authentic Practice that honors the ancient wisdom passed to us from India, acknowledging it’s sacred texts and origins. I seek to create an environment in which people of diverse experiences and abilities can feel ...

There will be no 6pm class on Monday Dec 21, Thursday Dec 24 and Thursday Dec ...

  • Happy Thanksgiving!
This is a season where we cultivate and acknowledge gratitude. It may feel more challenging than years past, but I am confident we can all find a few things. Our health. A roof over our heads. Food in our bellies. Our yoga community. I, for one, am grateful for YOU! Your continued support keeps the doors open during this pandemic. You, showing up again and again, inspires others to do the same and through this action, our community grows, deepens, becomes richer and more connected. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There are a few things I want to share with you. Firstly, if you have travelled out of New England over the holidays or been in contact with someone who has ...
