  • December 11-17 Schedule We are now firmly entrenched in holiday going ons. I invite you to check in daily with yourself to assess where you are carrying tension and what the source may be. As we practice transforming our perspective on the mat, also practice off the mat! “Busy” is a state of mind. Why can’t life, instead, be simply “full”? Right now. Deepen the breath. Stretch your body.   • Last Days of November As we enter this last week of November, take a few minutes to center after the holiday weekend. Feel into the body and notice. How are you? What do you need to feel in balance? Can you offer it to yourself? Invite in this intention. Align your thoughts with your Truth. This practice of self-study will support you throughout the holiday season and beyond. Simply, stop and notice.   • Thanks Giving It is not joy that makes us GRATEFUL, It is gratitude that makes us JOYFUL. That is the truth! Take time this week to shift thought patterns of lack (not enough) to thoughts of abundance. Allow gratitude to rise up from challenges that created lessons learned.   • Holiday Warrior! It’s your last full week before Thanksgiving. How are you? Calm and collected? Frazzled and overwhelmed? However you find yourself, you can shift perspective this week to feel into gratitude and presence. How? Begin by committing to self-care. Schedule your yoga classes in your calendar and get there. Use these classes as time to reflect upon being mindful, grateful, and grace-full. Get to bed a little earlier. Wake up each morning and take a minute to meditate on how you want to feel and what you are going to do in the day to feel that way.   • Do You Feel Stuck? This is the theme of the 150 postcards I put in the mail today. I am reaching out to my yoga students in hope that anyone stuck in a rut and seeking to evolve will reach out to me and book a yoga therapy session. It is November and the holidays are looming in front of us. Move away from overwhelm and into grace. If you want to change your patterns of behavior, create a holiday that reflects your Truth, or even just move mindfully and with intention through your days, I can support you in this journey!  Just imagine how great you could feel?
