This is a quiet week for me. There are NO CLASSES at the Bow Lake Community Center because the Lakeside Players have their tech week. Our regular schedule will resume next week! I will be at Peace Tree Yoga Mon and Wed 9am. We are continuing to explore tapas to ignite an inner fire this week,
