Schedule Feb 5-11

This week, we will be exploring the 4th yama or restraint. It is bramacharya or moderation. It has also been translated as continence. This yama invites us to take control over our physical impulses of excess to attain greater self-knowledge and increased vibrancy. Turn inward to find balance of exertion and ease, conserve your energy to apply it to a higher purpose. Become stronger, healthier, and wiser!
