What!?! November!!!! Like Thanksgiving? Then Christmas? Then a whole-nother year? Is my heart the only one that leapt at this post’s title? It’s a good thing that Yoga reminds us to be present to NOW. The past is gone and the present is not a guarantee. How are you living now?
