Saturday April 10

8am – Ashtanga Yoga with Brenna Lilly

This class offers a powerful style of asana. There are multiple “series” in the Ashtanga method. Within each series, we practice the same postures every time, including standing, seated, balancing, and inverted poses. Expect to focus on breath, alignment, and refinement. All levels welcome, some experience suggested, modifications always offered.


10am – YogaBody Trapeze with Chelsea Chasse

Take your yoga practice to new levels with the Yoga Body Trapeze®. This fun new practice will allow you to deepen into familiar asanas while also toning and strengthening through new poses as well. The inversion aspect of this class allows a unique relaxation in a suspended atmosphere. You can lengthen using gravity as a tool to help ease back pain and strengthen the body. The slings and straps bring the floor to you as you start with a familiar warm up, move through some conditioning and a fun flow to end in a relaxing unique floating savasana.

Join Kim for ZUMBA®, a form of aerobic exercise that utilizes a variety of international rhythms to maximize calorie burn and fitness benefit. The benefits of dance for fitness are well documented and the fun is contagious! Kim found Zumba after her hip replacement. In recovery, she was offered a free Zumba class to try and was hooked! She completed her instructor training 2 years ago and now teach 2 classes weekly with a license to teach ZUMBA® and ZUMBA® Gold which is lower impact. 


1pm – Lyra Arts with Lanta Totten

As a child, did you love to swing? Dream of running away with the circus? Love to dance? Dream in glitter? Then, this is for you! In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn a Lyra sequence, made up of poses and transitions, that can be modified for all levels. Please wear leggings to protect your legs. Feel empowered by learning a new skill. Stretch your comfort and let’s fly!


4pm – Embodied and Empowered with Jenni Stevens

Join Jenni Stevens for a 90 minute trauma-sensitive movement and meditation experience. Class will start with gentle, mindful movement, transition to restorative forms and end with a meditation practice. Trauma sensitive practices provide invitation, choice and empowerment. By focusing on the felt sense of your body to inform choice-making, participants may facilitate a connection of mind and body and cultivate a sense of agency. Please have handy: two throw size blankets and three bed-sized pillows. Consider layers for the cool down/meditation portion of practice.

Join Lanta Totten E-RYT500, YACEP for a 75 minute Classical Yoga Practice. Expect a class that is mindful, interwoven with yogic philosophy and open to all levels. Lanta’s unique style and sense of realness invites ease in her students. What a great way to start the day!

Join Amy for a Latin-inspired, easy to follow dance-fitness class. ZUMBA® incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements to create a dynamic and effective fitness program. Amy, a Licensed Clinician who has worked in the Mental Health field for over 25 years, discovered ZUMBA® classes and immediately fell in love with the community!  She became a ZUMBA® Instructor to become an integral part of people’s fitness experience, to spread joy and empower individuals to overcome mental challenges and achieve their physical goals. She teaches virtually Mondays 5pm, Thursdays 5:15pm and Saturdays at 8am. Connect with her on Facebook.


1pm – Essence of the Breath with Erin Ehlers
at Yoga on the Hill, Kittery ME

Join Erin Ehlers E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, YACEP, LMT for an hour class to explore the essence of breath. We’ll free the shoulders and the thoracic spine through intelligent movement, creating space for a pranayama (breath work) sequence. The pranayama is done from a restorative pose, so keep bolsters, pillows and blankets at hand. Erin has taught yoga and movement for over 18 years and is the owner of Yoga on the Hill. She has over 2,500 hours of professional training for all things yoga, movement, anatomy and physiology and is certified as a Yoga Therapist. She is also a licensed massage therapist.


2pm – New Moon Slow Flow with Guided Meditation with Leah Shirton
at Banyan Tree Yoga, Nashua NH

Join Leah Shirton RYT500 for this 75 minute Slow Flow. We will move through a series of postures that allow us to work with our intentions surrounding the New Moon! Expect slower and more gentle transitions as well as opportunities to reconnect with breath and harness full body awareness. Class will end with a guided meditation.



4pm – Yoga Nidra with Cherie Bartlett

Join Cherie Bartlett RYT200 in a 60 minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep. It is a form of guided meditation in which the body profoundly relaxes and is an effective method for relieving stress, feeling the peacefulness of relaxation, healing and restoring the body, and quieting the mind. Receive deep rest and restoration in the extremely healing practice that is done entirely lying down. Please wear comfortable clothes, dress in layers or bring a blanket or two, a pillow, anything that will keep you warm and allow you to rest and relax in a comfortable position for a good amount of time.
