Lots of fun this week!
At Peace Tree Yoga, we continue to work with a meditation to remove obstacles while exploring ways to relieve blocks in the body. In Monday’s 9am class, our emphasis is on the hips and on Wednesday at 9am, we more to neck and shoulders. Let’s tap into our bodies and find ease.
At the Bow Lake Community Club, we are discussing the 2nd yama or restraint of the 8-fold path- stay or truthfulness. How can we be for truthful in our Practice? Off the mat? These questions will be explored through asana and breath work. There will be class Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, but NO CLASS ON FRIDAY morning.
