Schedule Week of 1/6-1/12

Our first full week of 2019! I sincerely hope you were able to set aside some time to contemplate how you want to feel moving into this year. The next step is to ask what do I need to do to feel that way? Say “yes!” to things that support your journey or “no!” to things that might be drawing you back to old habits.

This decision making will be supported at Peace Tree Yoga as we work with Yogi Bhajan’s Sutra “There is a way through every block.” and sitali breath visualizing ourselves as the solution to any obstacle. You can practice this meditation with me this week Mon and Wed 9am. I also have 4 spots left in my fist Ladies’ Nite, this Fri at 6:30pm. At the Bow Lake Community Center, we will begin our contemplation of the 8-fold path of yoga. I begin this every January as a way to note personal growth, but also to allow deeper understanding of Patanjali’s Sutras. We will begin with Ahimsa, non-harming this week.
