Schedule Week of 6/3-6/9

What a lovely morning to sit and contemplate the week ahead!

At Peace Tree Yoga, we are exploring the niyama, tapas. This has been translated as “discipline”, but also as “to ignite an inner fire”. We are working with a lovely meditation to support this inquiry. I will be at PTY Mon/Wed 9am and Th 6pm.

At the Bow Lake Grange Hall, I will be exploring pranayama or breath work to observe how we can alter our energetic with these simple practices. Increase energy. Down-regulate anxiety. Create calm. Curious? Good! Join me M/W 6pm and Fri 9am.
