This is the last full week of classes before the holiday. I encourage you to set aside time to join me. Yoga allows you to slow down, tune in, and connect with your inner wisdom and truth. This awareness allows you to move off the mat with a greater sense of ease, of peace and even, purpose. The most important gift though is presence. Being present to yourself, your experience, your intention allows you to be present to others.
At Peace Tree Yoga, we will be using pranayama and mantra to raise our vibration and make clear the path to our intention. M/W 9am
At the Bow Lake Community Club, we will be exploring our layers of being (keshas), using breath and movement to bring them into balance and support a sense of well-being. M/W 6pm and Fri 9am.
