Schedule Week of Oct 1-6

Happy October!

The air is cooler. Leaves are falling and sharing with us the lesson of letting go with vibrancy and clarity. These lessons are reinforced at Peace Tree Yoga with an ancient Buddhist practice called Tonglen, a meditative practice of sending and taking. We also kick of our Fall cleanse. It is not too late to sign up if it calls to you (contact Ruth at info@peacetreeyoga.com). I feel so strongly that Tonglen is what we need right now to build compassion, that I will also be  teaching the practice this week in my Yoga by Donation classes.
