The Beauty of Yoga

One of the most interesting things to me about Yoga is that it is a more than a series of poses. We can be practicing yoga anywhere at anytime.

  • When we observe ourselves feeling overwhelmed and stop to take a calming breath and re-center.
  • When we reach out to be of service to others with no attachment to the outcome
  • When we find ourself in connection with something bigger
  • When we step up to our best Self again and again
Today, I invite you to seek ways in which to practice Yoga off the mat.
Create opportunities to be your best Self…in thought, word and deed.
Breathe through those moments that conflict with your intention and choose active participation in the life you want to live.
Remember to be compassionate with yourself.
