This week, we are continuing to be aware of the quality of all matter, the gunas. Being mindful about where we find ourselves…feeling sluggish, in balance, or activated. At Peace Tree Yoga, we will be furthering this exploration by visualizing where you’d like to create more momentum in your life supported by the mantra Gobinday Mukanday to remove deep seated psychological blocks. We will also be looking at the 3rd sutra: “When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off.” What prevents you from beginning? What holds you back? Let’s release these patterns and move forward toward the life we want to be living!
